TCON Homes Pty Ltd, ACN 606 177 093, of 1057 Riversdale Road, Surrey Hills VIC 3127, respects the privacy of every visitor to this website and every client, architect, supplier and prospective employee TCON deals with.

This policy explains how TCON collects, uses, stores and protects personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What TCON collects

Enquiry information. Name, phone, email, project location, project scope and any details you provide when you complete an enquiry form or contact TCON directly.

Client information. Once you engage TCON, additional information required to deliver the project. Property details, financial information for progress claims, correspondence with architects, consultants and suppliers.

Website analytics. Standard site analytics through Google Analytics and Payload CMS logs. Aggregated visitor data, not personal identification.

How TCON uses the information

Personal information is used only for the purpose it was collected. Enquiry information is used to respond to the enquiry and to follow up on the project. Client information is used to deliver the project and meet TCON's obligations under the building contract.

TCON does not sell personal information. TCON does not share personal information with third parties except where required for project delivery (architects, consultants, subcontractors) or by law.

Third-party processors

TCON uses reputable third-party services to run this website and internal systems. Payload CMS (hosting), Google Workspace (email), Xero (accounting), Buildertrend (project management). Each holds personal information under its own privacy terms and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 or an equivalent regime.

Storage and security

Personal information is stored on services with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. TCON reviews access controls at least annually.

Retention

Enquiry information is retained for two years from last contact. Client project information is retained for seven years from project completion to meet building industry and tax record-keeping obligations, then archived or securely deleted.

Your rights

You can request access to the personal information TCON holds about you, correction of any inaccurate information, and deletion of information TCON no longer needs. Requests can be made through our contact form.

Contact and complaints

Privacy queries and complaints can be made through our contact form or by post to TCON Homes Pty Ltd, 1057 Riversdale Road, Surrey Hills VIC 3127. TCON will acknowledge complaints within seven days and respond substantively within thirty days.

If TCON does not resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Updates to this policy

TCON reviews this policy at least annually. The current version is dated 1 July 2026.
