# TCON > TCON is a high-end architectural builder in Melbourne's inner east, begun by registered builder Tim Walker in 2012, with TCON Homes Pty Ltd established in 2015. The practice builds architect-designed homes: heritage renovations, new architectural houses, basements beneath existing homes, external works, and interior fitouts. Architectural projects run to $7 million and above; standalone interior fitouts to $1.5 million and above. TCON runs no more than five or six projects at a time and works alongside the client's architect, or brings design partners from concept.
