What handover involves
Handover is more than handing over keys. It covers resolving any defects, documented sign-off, and the operating information you need to live in and maintain the home.
It also marks the start of our Build Care period, when we stay available for the questions that come up once a home is lived in. A considered handover is part of the build, not an afterthought.
