Choosing the right building contract

The contract sets out how price, risk and program are shared between owner and builder. We work with both fixed-price and cost-plus arrangements, and the right choice depends on how resolved the design is and how much certainty you need up front.

We are happy to talk through the trade-offs before anything is signed. A contract that matches the project is worth more than a familiar one that does not.
