Why systems matter
A builder's systems are not administration. They are how information moves between estimating, procurement, site management and client communication.
They are how decisions are documented at the moment they are made. They are how accountability is held across the life of a project.
TCON operates a disciplined and integrated digital environment because the alternative, on complex architectural work, is improvisation, and improvisation is where quality and budget are lost.
Systems clients and architects interact with
Buildertrend. The client portal and construction management platform. Clients and architects access project photographs, drawings, contract documentation, financial information, progress claims and the live program. The weekly update is issued through Buildertrend.
Asana. Workflow, procurement tracking and the structured RFI register. Design clarifications are managed here with unique references, owners and documented responses.
Instagantt. Live program scheduling, used to maintain the construction program as a working tool through the build.
Systems that support quality and accuracy
BuildPass. Site governance, inductions, compliance and the quality and inspection system. Inspections are documented with photographs, hold points are tracked, and rectification is structured rather than ad hoc.
CostX. Estimating and quantity take-off, used through the Pre-Construction Program for measured pricing.
Bluebeam. Drawing review and document markup, used across documentation review and shop drawing coordination.
Financial systems
Xero. Accounting and project cost coding. The cost-plus and fixed price reporting discipline runs through structured cost coding in Xero.
The principle behind the systems
Good systems do not replace construction knowledge. They strengthen how that knowledge is applied.
The systems serve the people, not the other way around. A system that made the work harder, or that obscured rather than clarified, would not earn its place.

Asana for project workflow and procurement. BuildPass for quality assurance, OHS and defects.
A documented Pre-Construction RFI Checklist organised by cost code. A central FF&E Ordering Master for finishes, fixtures and equipment with deposit and balance tracking.

Yes. Trades engaged on TCON projects are inducted into the relevant systems.
RFIs flow through Asana. Variations flow through Buildertrend.
Site instructions flow through BuildPass. The same systems run across every project, which gives trades a consistent operating environment.
