Having moved to the greener pastures of Melbourne in 2015 Clancy injected his strong work ethic, eye for detail, and good communication skills to the TCON team.
The youngest of three (you can tell), Tim is an Eastern suburbs boy with strong roots in the construction industry. Having studied Engineering, he completed his Apprenticeship with a high end renovation and extension company. Another natural, Tim’s eye for detail ensures he achieves a quality finish every time and ensures his emergence as a young leader within the company.
Tom started life in Melbourne before moving to the beautiful Beaches of Coffs Harbour where he grew up. He started his apprenticeship in wild west Kalgoorlie in ‘07 and has since lived and worked throughout northern Australia before planting his feet back in Melbourne. Tom’s Carpentry career has focused on high end period style renovations which has given him an intricate knowledge of high end finishes.
Having moved to Australia from Denmark (has he come here to find a princess as well?), Billy has brought with him a vast array of experience and training of the highest world standards. Being in the industry for 8 years he prides himself on his attention to detail, his craftsmanship, and ability to cope with cold weather.
Caleb is a motivated young carpenter with a great attitude to the bigger building picture. A family man and a great communicator, Caleb backs his attitude with over 7 years experience with high end building work, from contemporary constructions to period renovations. You’ll rarely need to pry a smile out of this man, he is approachable and confident and is an asset to any building team, bringing with him a raft of skills and ability.
Tom completed a Pre-Apprenticeship and it has really shown in the way he has adapted into the workplace environment. His mentality to get the job done and help anybody in need will see him go places. Despite his silly haircut, Tom can and will wail on the drums in his up-and-coming band. Tom’s timber skills aren’t limited to his drum sticks however, and he has proven himself a fast and wiling learner.
Raised in the cobbled lanes of North London, Asa has been in the Construction Industry in the UK and Australia for 20 years. He has a background as a Thermal Sound Engineer, and is now tackling the challenge of an Apprenticeship with TCON. Asa moved to Australia 5 years ago with his young family, and despite a strange attraction to “football”, we’re confident he’ll see the light with the correct training.
Ollie is a second-year apprentice with TCON, joining the company in early 2016 with a hard-working spirit and enthusiasm that all managers dream about. Not to be led astray by his baby face, Ollie is an enormously confident young learner and has grown in leaps and bounds since joining the team. Known as the company tool buff, Ollie is a big fan of keeping up to date with all the latest gear, and it shows in his work. A face to watch for years to come.
Josh grew up in Elwood and went to Caulfield Grammar from years 7-11 before switching over to Swinburne Senior Secondary for his year 12 studies. We’re tipping that Josh can claim to be one of a small number of tradesman to boast a completed Bachelor of Fine Art degree. Josh is a fast learner, and given his background in Arts and Management has a diverse and advanced range of skills that have made him a valuable asset for TCON Group.
Harry is a local boy who grew up in Surrey Hills and attended St Kevin’s College, Toorak. In his spare time he enjoys skiing and snowboarding, which is ironic given his striking resemblance to the American snowboard whizz Shaun White. His willingness to improve and learn are key factors in his attitude to work and make him an important member of our team.
